How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the specific product in your order, usually it's 4-8 business days. Each item may have its own production and delivery timeline, especially since many of our products are made on demand. You’ll find an estimated delivery window listed on every product page so you know what to expect before checkout. Once your order ships, we’ll also email you tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only. We're growing fast, though — so keep an eye out as we expand our shipping locations in the future!

Where are your products shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from fulfillment locations in the United States and the United Kingdom. It will be processed from the location closest to your delivery address.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in anytime to view your order status and updates.

What’s your refund policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Because many products are made on demand, returns may vary by item — so please reach out to our support team and we’ll guide you through the next steps. We’re here to make things right and ensure you’re happy with your purchase!

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@shopmlq.com or through our contact page. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@shopmlq.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@shopmlq.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

If you still want to exchange your item, you can initiate the refund and place a new order.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at hello@shopmlq.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
